Friendly staff and English-speaking assistance are available. Avgas is available, but no hangar is present. No on-field restaurant, though coffee may be available from flight operations. Free PC with internet and printer is available. Example: landing and one night parking on grass about €10. Customs requires 24 hours advance notice by phone; customs clearance is possible but can be expensive, with an example of about €320. Taxis to the city can be arranged by staff, and the city is a short distance away; a recommended hotel with pool and spa is 35 minutes (37 km) away in Tarcal, with prices between €90–120. The paved runway is short at 1,000 m; caution for a NDB antenna on the extended centerline of runway 18 and 30 cm threshold lights directly in front of the paved runway start—land immediately after the threshold. Frequent glider activity occurs on weekends. Procedures vary; see AIP/NOTAM.
